Users may purchase "Soul Points" through PayPal to access premium Saju interpretations. All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate delivery of AI analysis, refunds are generally not provided once Soul Points have been consumed for an interpretation. For technical errors where points were deducted but no service was provided, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.
